Industry body proposes ways forward in hybrid working age

Teams working on the engineering group’s expansion will work from Riverside Court, a 10,000 sq ft office in the Meadowhall district, following a deal brokered by Knight Frank.

After a busy year in the Leeds market, landlords with older offices are increasingly challenged, according to Lambert Smith Hampton’s Regional Offices 2023 Report.

Homes England and Network Rail have selected the partnership as their preferred developer for the £2.5bn brownfield scheme, which could house up to 1m sq ft of offices and 2,500 homes.   

Caddick Construction has delivered the 56,400 sq ft office building for developer Muse and its partner Bradford Council, with contracts now exchanged with an anchor tenant.  

Completion has been reached on an 11,000 sq ft building, rounding off construction on the £22m @TheDock development.

Details have been released outlining the Aire Park developer’s plans for the landmark Leeds building, which is to close as an art gallery and events space next month.  

Once the regional headquarters of the Bank of England, the 90,000 sq ft Leeds office building has been acquired by the redevelopment specialist.

The Isaacs Building in the Heart of the City development now houses the property group’s 12,800 sq ft headquarters in a space designed by Incognito and fitted out by ADT Workplace.
