Leeds United looks to upgrade Academy facilities

The developer has downgraded its full-year expectations after a sharp slowdown in land transactions during the first half of 2026, although the group says demand for its industrial and logistics developments remains resilient.

Following the removal of HS2 safeguarding from the site at Wilton, Water Lane has applied to Leeds City Council to create a storage and distribution on 42 acres to the east of the city, near Garforth.
