York & North Yorkshire Combined Authority’s forum was launched with a who’s-who of the region’s prominent developers in tow, with the aim of unlocking investment and driving growth in York and North Yorkshire.

The board will assess and provide insight into the Local Growth Plan, to help attract private sector investment into York and North Yorkshire. 

The Sheffield-based developer hopes to start construction on the £47m development in summer next year.

The 174,000 sq ft industrial park on Greenland Road was acquired by Harleyford Logistics Partnership in June this year for £20.7m.

On completion, the seven-acre National Health Innovation Campus will qualify as the only ‘WELL At Scale’ site in the UK.

The RIBA award-winning Stoller Hall swapped out live music for an intriguing Place North Question Time event, where political leaders, investors, and industry figures took to a panel to take questions from Place North’s editorial team and members of the audience.

The construction consultancy firm will be headed up by Mark Fennell, as the company targets Yorkshire expansion.
