Preferred Homes nears completion on debut scheme

The national developer has strengthened its Yorkshire & North East team with the addition of Jack Pasley as senior project manager, joining from Queensberry Real Estate.

The ambitious Sheffield-based housebuilder has taken a seven-year lease on 5,000 sq ft at Thorpe Park as it continues to add senior people to the ranks. 

Amber Gray and George Mallinson have been appointed as solicitors and will be based in the firm’s Knaresborough, Leeds, and Bradford offices.
