Taylor Wimpey submits plans for 230 homes in Rotherham

Located on a 30-acre site north of Rawmarsh, all of the houses would be affordable and developed in conjunction with Vico Homes.

Vico was previously known as Wakefield District Housing, but rebranded at the beginning of April.

The project team also includes ASE Land, JRP, DLP Planning, i-Transport, FCPR, MAP, Barnes Associates, Coastal Consulting Engineers, Eastwood Consulting, and SLR Consulting.

Rotherham Council has yet to set a date for a decision on the estate, which would consist of a range of two- to four-bed houses split between detached, semi-detached, and terrace properties.

Areas of green space and cycleways are also planned.
