Schofield steps up at Knight Frank

Head of the Yorkshire industrial team, Sheffield-based Rebecca Schofield is one of three people nationwide to be announced as proprietary partners by the consultancy.

Schofield has had a 20-year career at Knight Frank and cemented her position as one of the leading advisers in the national industrial market, the firm said.

Working in the ever-busy South Yorkshire industrial and logistics market, Knight Frank said that Schofield has an exceptional client base and is the go-to adviser for the leading investors and occupiers in the market, whilst being known for being an inspirational leader involved in a wide range of projects across the business.

She joins Jon Reynolds and Charles Oliver, two London-based agents, in being invited in to the partnership.

William Beardmore-Gray, senior partner and group chair at Knight Frank, said: “Becoming a Proprietary Partner is recognition of the extraordinary achievements, exceptional leadership, and commitment to excellence, that these individuals have demonstrated over many years.

“Through their extensive industry knowledge and experience, collaborative approach, and dedication to their teams and business areas, they contribute greatly to our organisation’s growth and success.

“It makes me incredibly proud that we can grow our leadership through the development and recruitment of such high calibre individuals and ensure that our Partnership continues to go from strength to strength.”
