Rock Living to build 249 Bradford apartments

The technology development company expects the first phase of flats, located near the University of Bradford campus, to be complete within two years.

The £17m project has begun clearing works on the site, with the company still open to investors.

The second phase of flats will begin on completion of the first, and is also expected to take between 18 months-two years.

Speaking about the financial model of the project, managing director Joseph said: “We’re offering a fixed monthly payment of £1,200 over four years, after which the accommodation becomes the [renter’s] property…

“Bradford, as the City of Culture, is an ideal location to launch this project. The city’s growth and vibrancy make it the perfect backdrop.”
