Redical appoints head of leasing

Rachel Bradburn has been promoted from leasing director at Victoria Leeds to head of leasing for the real estate owner and operator.

Bradburn graduated from Nottingham Trent University with a Bachelor of Science degree in real estate and has 15 years of experience in the industry, starting as assistant surveyor at McDonald’s, before moving onto positions in WSP, Milligan Retail, and Hammerson, where she was retail leasing manager.

She is now director at RRB Real Estate, as well as working at Redical.

Bradburn will now act across the company’s portfolio, which consists of Victoria Leeds, The Liberty Romford, and Clayton Square Liverpool, maintaining a core focus on the Leeds shopping destination.

Victoria Leeds bucked national trends in 2024 with a performance that saw December and annual sales increase.
