Leeds-based Such takes national brief at Cushman & Wakefield
Megan Such has been named as head of sustainability for the UK at the consultancy, succeeding Tony Comber.
Such, a sustainability consultant who joined the firm four years ago, will lead the team charged with ensuring the integration of sustainability into all owner, occupier, and investor client real estate activity across multiple sectors.
The team provides clients with the advice, knowledge, and guidance to develop strategies, enable and maintain compliance, manage climate risks, improve operational performance, and demonstrate impact through reporting and disclosure.
Additionally, the expertise provided includes conducting ESG audits, delivering climate risk assessments and mitigation strategies, conducting net zero audits, and supporting the achievement of sustainable building certifications.
Comber remains at the firm and will oversee broader sustainability operations as UK head of building engineering services & sustainability lead.
Such has a national remit and will be based at the firm’s Yorkshire & North East regional hub in Leeds.
The UK sustainability team sits within C&W’s wider EMEA sustainability services platform, headed by James Woodhead, supporting clients across Europe and globally.
