Haigh in place as Crest Nicholson picks up pace
Natalie Haigh has been appointed as head of sales and marketing for the housing giant’s regional division, as a tranche of acquisitions are announced.
Crest Nicholson opened its Yorkshire office in 2022, making its first acquisition a year ago.
The business has in recent weeks entered into contracts on sites in East Ayton near Scarborough, a 20-acre site in Swanland, close to Hull and a third in Wilberfoss, near to York. The new developments will deliver more than 250 homes combined, 150 of them at Swanland.

Work is expected to start at Swanland in the coming months, and East Ayton and Wilberfoss in early 2024.
Haigh, who has worked for Crest Nicholson since February 2020, was previously a sales manager before progressing to senior manager for the south division.
She has spent 15 years in property, nine in the new homes sector, and will report into regional managing director Guy Evans in her new role.
Haigh said: “After a successful three years with Crest Nicholson, I am thrilled to be progressing my career by joining the Yorkshire division.
“It’s an exciting opportunity to lead the opening of a new region, and I am looking forward to building the Crest Nicholson brand in the north, working alongside Guy and the team to grow our presence in the region.”
Evans said: “Having acquired our first site last year, and with further land acquisitions underway, we are looking forward to launching our first development soon, in the village of Sprotborough, on the edge of Doncaster.
“As we begin to establish ourselves in the region, it’s exciting to have a strong sales and marketing head to showcase Crest Nicholson to a range of new customers in the North.”
