Church Commissioners acquires Hull retail park
The investment management arm of the Church of England has put its faith in the 121,000 sq ft Willerby Shopping Park.
Although the Church Commissioners declined to give details about the price, the retail park was marketed for £27m last year.
Previously owned by DTZ Investors, the park is anchored by Waitrose and B&M.
Other tenants include Iceland, Poundland, Santander, and McDonalds.
The suburb of Willerby is located four miles south of Beverley and five miles west of Hull.
