Barnsdales at the double with Doncaster deals
The property consultancy has let a 14,000 sq ft High Street space to The Arcade Warehouse, and tied up an office letting at Chadwick House.
Retro gaming operator The Arcade Warehouse said the new location will be the company’s flagship branch, following on from sites in Yorkshire, Lincolnshire, and North Shields.
Situated close to Mansion House and Frenchgate Shopping Centre, the arcade will be designed to look like a 1980s gaming arcade, with blacked out windows to create an ‘immersive’ experience.

Meanwhile, Barnsdales has leased a 4,600 sq ft unit in Chadwick House, a modern office building at Carolina Way Office Park, to IT and cyber security provider Wavenet, acting on behalf of landlord RG Group.
Situated close to Lakeside Shopping Village and well-known brands such as BT, Direct Line, and the UK’s largest rail freight company, DB Cargo, the location is well positioned for rail and road transport links.
James Humphreys, surveyor at Barnsdales, said: “Truthfully, post-Covid, the office market was predicted to have a potentially bleak future – but we’re certainly not seeing this become reality.
“The office market is still very active with a number of deals being done throughout the region and nationally.”
