Avant plans for 108-home Barnsley site

The developer has bought a 7.6-acre plot in Great Houghton and hopes to deliver a £23.5m project.

If approved, Houghton Place will be located on High Street and will include one-, two-, three-, and four-bed houses, 10 of which would be affordable.

Work could start this spring and would be carried out by Avant Homes West Yorkshire.
