PM Law Group moves into Sheffield’s Meadowhall Business Park

Knight Frank handled the letting of the 7,500 sq ft office, with tenants now occupying each block at ARBA Group’s development.

Block one became available last year, after parcel firm Tuffnells went into administration.

South Yorkshire’s PM Law Group will now join the park’s other tenants, including TATA Steel UK, JNP Group and Preventx.

ARBA Group converted five former council buildings to create 72,000 sq ft of office buildings in 2016.

The 3.2 acre site is located less than one mile from junction 34 of the M1, and within six miles of the M1/M18 intersection.

Peter Whiteley, partner at Knight Frank in Sheffield, which is marketing MBP with Eaton Commercial, said: “The Meadowhall area continues to be a pull for businesses wanting excellent transport links to the city centre and the motorway network, great local entertainment and leisure facilities and secure parking for staff or visitors.

“Offices in this area also attract employees from the labour markets in both Sheffield, Rotherham and further afield.”

Robert Eaton, director at ARBA Group, said: “The key factor in attracting all our tenants is the location of Meadowhall Business Park, as it offers all of the benefits of city-centre office space, without the associated costs.”

PM Law will add the base to its Shepcote Lane premises. The firm will operate both WB Pennine Solicitors and Proddow Mackay Solicitors brands from the business park.
