BDW kicks off twin Brough schemes
Barratt and David Wilson Homes Yorkshire East have started work at two developments, comprising 225 homes in total.
Barratt Homes’ Stirling Park is on sale and will feature two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom homes.
David Wilson Homes’ Hawk View development and show homes will be launched to the market this month. Each home at Hawk View and Stirling Park will feature solar panels and electric vehicle chargers, BDW said.
Neighbouring Barratt Homes’ Harrier Chase development on Blenheim Avenue, Hawk View and Stirling Park are a short distance from local amenities.
Paul Hogan, sales director for Barratt and David Wilson Homes, said: “We’re thrilled to launch our latest energy-efficient homes in Brough. We’ve had overwhelming success with our Barratt Homes’ Harrier Chase development in the area which highlights the demand for quality homes in the area.
“With homes to suit a wide range of buyers and each house’s energy efficiency in mind, we expect Hawk View and Stirling Park to be incredibly popular.”
