Director of Rating or Associate/Associate Director

The Role:

Our client is a well-respected and highly successful real estate consultancy that is looking to appoint a highly experienced and enthusiastic director (or associate/associate director) of rating to join their busy and collaborative national rating department, based out of the Sheffield office.

The role will involve collaborating with colleagues in Birmingham & Sheffield and the wider department (as well as other business lines) throughout the UK to support and deliver the company’s ambition for growth.

You will take responsibility in supporting clients with large, complex portfolios by providing an accurate, effective, and timely rating appeal service.

In addition, a key focus of the role is to also build on the existing strength of reputation and increase the company’s market share, especially within specialist sectors.

Ideal Candidate & Experience:

• MRICS/FRICS, Chartered Surveyor
• Currently at either associate/associate director or  director/partner level,
• 5 years’ minimum experience of rating casework on behalf of public and/or private sector clients, across all commercial sectors.
• Ability to take an active part and contribute towards:

• A strong rating background and one who demonstrate undertaking of rating survey and appeal work on diverse property portfolios, throughout the Midlands/ North of England,
• Strong market profile
• A dynamic individual looking for their next challenge within a highly successful and ambitious organisation.
• Confident and Self-Motivated.
• Full UK Driving Licence
