More deals at 6 East Parade
Three further lettings amounting to around 10,000 sq ft have been confirmed for the Leeds building, following DLA Architecture’s commitment to 8,000 sq ft in 2022.
DLA, represented by Sanderson Weatherall, has taken 8,008 sq ft on the second floor over a 10-year term.
IT management specialist Claranet has now also agreed 10-year terms, committing to 7,979 sq ft on the third floor, while Overbury, part of Morgan Sindall, has taken a 968 sq ft suite at first floor level.
The lower ground floor, comprising 1,773 sq ft, has been let to personal training gym ABS Leeds.
A £3.5m refurbishment has been carried out at the building in recent years by landlords Evenacre and Bridges Ventures. Associated Architects worked on the project.
The deals leave just a single remaining 2,614 sq ft suite on the first floor at 6 East Parade, which totals around 45,000 sq ft over seven floors. CBRE and Savills are joint agents.
Ellie McCollin of CBRE Leeds said: “6 East Parade is an impressive building and benefits from being located in the City’s main loop road network with the Leeds train station and Trinity Shopping Centre only a short walk away.”
